This patient presented with missing all upper teeth. She had a traditional removable denture which was bulky and felt fake. She complained that she had difficulty chewing and speaking. She is a doctor who interacts with patients every day. She desired a more permanent approach to her missing upper teeth. She wanted to speak, eat, and smile with confidence and without being worried that her removable denture moving and clicking while eating or talking. Above all, she preferred teeth that will permanently be attached to his mouth so she would not deal with the emotional trauma of seeing herself without upper teeth whenever she removed her old denture to clean it.

8 dental implants were surgically placed in her upper jaw to support her new permanent teeth. Dental implants surgery was done in one visit, and under local anesthetic. Using advanced computer guided surgical procedures, such All on X surgeries are done quickly and are well tolerated by patients.
New All on 8 teeth are fabricated and fitted into the patient’s mouth. These teeth mimic natural teeth in bulk, color, and shape. Every effort is made to make these teeth look natural while having superb esthetics.
Using computer assisted design and computer assisted manufacturing (CAD CAM). This All On 8 teeth are fabricated with exact precision to be attached to 8 dental implants. The manufacturing is based on patient’s profile, lip position, posture, support, and proper smile line and gum line, and will assure effective chewing, comfortable speech, and superb esthetics.

Teeth are solidly and permanently attached to dental implants. It is important to note that the pink or gum colored portion of these teeth is actually filling the gap that has been created by gradual bone and gum atrophy. Almost all patients who lose their teeth suffer from this atrophy which causes shrinkage in their facial structures. One of the goals of these types of oral reconstruction is to restore the atrophied structures to provide support to cheeks and lips. Without such support patients will have a wrinkled appearance and premature aging.
