This patient presented with severe mouth infection. The infection, caused by years of poor oral hygiene and lack of dental care had resulted in advanced bone loss and mobility of teeth. The loose teeth had moved out of position and created malalignment. 

	Heavy tartar and plaque cause gum infection and bone resorption. Teeth with inadequate bone support become loose and move out of position. This picture shows severe infection of the mouth and compromised teeth.

	Treatment for this patient consisted of removing all teeth to clear the gum infection, bone grafting to reconstruct jawbone, and placing 6 upper and 6 lower dental implants. This picture shows all infection eliminated and gum has returned to healthy condition. It also shows 6 upper implants in position and ready for final teeth.
